My name is Sue Alexander and I started Dial A Dog wash in Blackpool and the Fylde Coast in February 2007. I live in Lytham with my husband Steve and Tia our Czech Wolfdog. I have been interested in dogs as far back as I can remember and always had a desire to work with dogs.

I have studied Canine Psychology to an Advanced level and taken various courses covering behavioural problems, grooming, kennelling, genetics and dog breeding. The role of dog groomer suits me and I genuinely love the work I do. Meeting the owners and their lovely dogs is a real pleasure to me.

I do believe the dogs benefit greatly from the service I provide and many of the dogs greet me like a family member when I arrive to groom them. Since 2007 the business has rapidly grown and so I have expanded to meet the demand of the customers.
