“Dear Mr James,

I thought is might be helpful to drop you a line about the quality of the service my dog, Bess, received when we went to Sue Alexander for the first time last week. We had previously used the service of Debbie and were uncertain as to whether Sue would deliver the same quality of service.

Bess is a lively three year old Springer, who does not respond well to strangers and can be a bit of a handful. All I can say is that Sue was absolutely superb in how she handled Bess, explaining exactly to us what our options were, what she sugg ested and was going to do and how Bess would look after her ‘wash and cut’. For her part, Bess, obviously thoroughly enjoyed the experienced and her whole demeanour showed how proud she was afterwards with the ‘new image’.

I would recommend Sue to anyone, not only for the quality of her professional services, but for her friendly manner and natural warmth. What comes over is someone who knows and loves what she is doing, is very knowledgeable and has a genuine affinity for dogs.

“I found your business card a tour local vet, and I’m glad we did. I am often there as I run Lancashire German Shepherd Rescue and get very badly treated, matted and dirty German Shepherds in very much need of a bath and groom. ‘William’ a large black long coat German Shepherd was very dirty and matted, not to mention lots of fur balls and needed real tender care and understanding person to wash him.

So I rang DIAL A DOG WASH and spoke to Sue Alexander from Blackpool. Not only does Sue like dogs, she loves German Shepherds. Her dedication to William was very reassuring and her understanding of his needs was very professional. She knew what was required and took her time with him, giving him a wonderful bath and cut. William was like a new dog, a wonderful shiny knot free coat.

I knew William liked her as he showered Sue with lots of kisses. I have no hesitation in using Sue again for any of my German Shepherds or even our ‘little monster’ Yorkie. I strongly recommend her.
